About us
PPSI
Padel is a sport that has been referred to as “the sport of the 21st century” for the past few years. The unique combination of squash and tennis, enriched with new original elements, has already found millions of fans all over the world and is slowly penetrating the territory of Indonesia. It is played in pairs, with the teams separated from each other by a net on a court roughly a third of the size of a tennis court. However, the playing area is partially lined with walls, which players can use to their advantage within the rules.
And what’s the best part of it all? Padel is for everyone. The equipment is already easily available in our territory (racquets are slightly smaller than squash and do not have a string, the balls resemble under-inflated tennis balls) and due to its nature, the sport is suitable for all types of recreational and professional players. So age or gender doesn’t matter at all!
Our Vision
Our vision inspires us and is at the heart of our plan for the future. We have kept our vision simple and wide reaching; something we think everyone can embrace, and it’s just three words; Padel for everyone. These three words are now central to our planning and decision-making processes. And we have the focus and determination that, coupled with the support of everyone in padel, will really make a difference.
Our Mission
To introduce, grow, develop, and govern Padel in the Indonesia through making it relevant, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable. This mission guides us in delivering our vision – identified by four focus areas, known as ‘pillars’.
